Not going to get much exposure here in the technical section, should probably move to 3rd gen powertrain. Ok for one, injector malfunctions would cause black smoke, Not your problem. Blue smoke is oil being burnt off from one source or another. On start up on a very cold day you may get some smoke out the tailpipe a blueish white color, this is normal. If it is doing this on a 60 degree day you have problems. I would be looking at my turbo seals and piston rings at that point, if it is a genuwine blue smoke that pours out for extended periods of time. If it does it on cold days try running a second glow cycle on the grid heaters and then try starting it.
