I have heard adding like 1.5 degrees of positive caster will help make it track a little straighter. You can tweak it a little yourself if you mark it on the lower control arms (in case you don't like it) It's not like ifs where if you fool with one adjustment it fools with them all. Basically you want to adjust the lower part of the axle forward. Look at the adjusters on your truck. Loosen the bolt and turn the eccentric. I would do the same amount to each side, that way your axle doesn't "dogwalk". Very small turn on the eccentrics. They have marks.
Deeper offset wheels are notorious for causing this, too. Rough on unitized bearings as well as balljoints and steering. I guess they DO look cool, though.
Oh, and you might bleed your brakes first if you think they are dragging! Maybe give those bearings a giggle, if they are on their way out, they will make it wander and make your brakes drag on that side.
