Trying to decide what to do about my 6.7L..... Need your help/advice

I'm a relatively new dodge/cummins convert. I've got a 6.7L laramie 4x4 manual 2500. Love the truck, EXCEPT for all the emissions/turbo issues. Already had the turbo replaced, but still end up back at the dealer weekly or bi weekly to have the engine light reset. However, it does get GREAT fuel mileage--anywhere from 19-21 mpg on the highway at 75 mph.

Nonetheless... I'm thinking about selling my 6/7L and going with a "new old stock" early '07 5.9L 6-speed manual. What kind of mpg should I expect to see with the late 5.9L? same v. better v. worse?

Any body have any strong feelings (and why) one way or the other about going back to a 5.9L?

Thanks!
