To completely kill the horse the 7.3 is a very good motor. It is pretty much a T444E motor with some what different programming. You will find the T444e in heavy construction equipment, medium trucks, ambulances and school buses. I hear the international flavor of the 6.0, the VT365, is better than the PSD version of the 6.0 mostly due to its milder tuning. The jury is still out on the 6.4L.
