Yes we have alfalfa,as well as timothy ,trefoil,orchard grass,bromegrass, and more .Around here hay is baled in anything from 35lb squares to anysize rounds you want and some 3'x3' x 7'-8' squares.It would be a pretty small tractor that couldn't lift a 35 lb bale.
