Ram, I would like to point out a couple things.

- The filter minder in these shots was pulled down, but that is because when I took the photos, the truck had not even been started yet and the filter minder was pulled down from my Brute Force intake.

- AEM did a running change of the Brute Force kit because of the filter minder location and the correllation they saw between it's location and it's movement.

- The later design is on serveral higher HP trucks than my little 550hp rig and doesn't budge the filter minder with WOT runs on the rollers or on the street.

You might give AEM a call, verify what I am telling you is true and they may even be able to get you fixed up with the later version of the intake tube and you'll be able to verify my findings yourself. They are great people and believe in the products they produce, if it doesn't make power...they won't produce the parts.
