I went to the tag office on friday, and they said the tag I had on my truck would only cover up to 8klb. So they said I need to go up to a P1 tag, which only covered me up to 12klb. Well that would only cover the weight of the truck and trailer empty. the next options were a X1 and X2 tag. I was told that the X2 Was as high as I could go without a CDL. The X2 Tag covered 18k to 26Klb, so I got the X2 and paid much for it.

I have had some people already ask me to haul some equimpment for them on the side, and I want to make sure I have my tail covered, any words of wisdom would be of a great help to me right now.
