One other thing is after the first winter, it gets very cold here, especially during swings in temp. the rubber tends to stick, and I would force it up. Then the front rubber came off, I reglued it and am going to try a light bit of grease on the rubber to prevent it from sticking. Other than those I like it very much, it's nice to be able to lock it and not worry about someone cutting it with a knife.

Thanks for the heads up on the sticking. I'll find something to put on the weatherstrip to hopefully keep that from happening.
