Mpg

I was wondering what yall are getting on fuel mileage on the new '13's. i know the cummins has to get broken in before they start getting good fuel mileage. i was just curious, so if yall wouldnt mind tell me how many miles yall have and what the MPG. Thankyou

My recent trip to Louisiana with fuel economy numbers....

2014 RAM 3500 Tradesman Crew Cab 4x4 DRW 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel 385 hp 850 torque and AISIN 6 speed automatic in Flame Red, Snow Plow Prep Group (Protection Group & 220A Alternator), Popular Equipment Group, Chrome Tubular Side Steps, Chrome Appearance Group, Single Disc CD, LT245/75R17 Firestone Transforce H/T tires, Trailer Brake Control, 3.73 axle ratio, 5.0 Radio w/SIRIUS, ParkSense Park Assist, Parkview Rear Backup Camera, B&W GNKR 1314 Gooseneck Hitch. Purchased new February 20th, 2014. Currently : 175,739 miles and 3,274 hours as of September 22nd, 2016. (Average Miles Per Hour = 53.7)

I get 28-29 mpg, but thats only with a 9,000 lb trailer.... it drops a bit when I go heavy.

I haven't towed with mine yet, but at times, I'm seeing 34mpg hwy!! And that's not coasting... Coasting, I can see 99mpg!!

Something wrong there, should be getting 35- 40 mpg with that light load.

Sounds like a lot of guys I work with. I especially love the powerstroke owners with a tuner and intake that have "about 650 horses" and still get 18 mpg's pulling their camper running 75mph!
