B20 in 2013 Cummins

I have a 2013 3500 on order. Have some concern about biodiesel or lack of it in my area.

Cummins says B20 is only approved for municipality/fleet Ram pickups. Not sure what the difference would be compared to privately owned Rams.

Should I expect any problems running B20 in my new (whenever I get it) truck?

Cummins does not recommend ANY additives. What is safe to use with the latest 6.7 if available fuel lacks lubricity?

Thanks, guys.

I can tell you down here in South Texas most pumps say there may be as much as 10% biodiesel in the fuel.

The 2013 diesel supplement says this, or a variation, in 3 places:

NOTE:
• A maximum blend of 20% biodiesel meeting ASTM
specification D-6751 may be used with your Cummins
diesel engine.

Now somewhere I thought I saw a note that said the new 2013 feature of accepting B-20 did NOT apply to chassis cab versions, but I can't locate that right now...

Before I posted my question I contacted Cummins directly. I was sent a .pdf pamphlet which basically stated the approval of B20 for large, commercial engine applications. There was just a short blurb about also being approved for Rams used in government, municipality, and fleet operations only. For other Ram trucks it said to contact a Cummins Service Center. I don't know why Cummins, itself, couldn't answer the question and why I have to seek info through one of their Service Centers.

I was hoping some informed person here could provide insight into B20 being used in privately owned Rams with the 6.7. The info I'm reading doesn't clearly state it's okay nor does it indicate why it would be a bad thing.
