Where as on these mirrors the convex glass is already on the bottom if that makes sense? Plus on these mirrors they are tucked in close to the truck with the option to pull out for towing. I would love to have a set mirrors like one of these. Plus no one makes aftermarket mirrors for Ram in this style .

We'd like to see one of these mirrors in the shop and then look at designing a Ford and/or GMC compatible mount for the RAM. We don't want anyone to put a turd on their trucks, and we don't have the in-shop facilities to make nice black composite mouldings. So, what we would suggest is that we make possibly two different mounts on for Ford mirrors, one for GMC mirrors, based on whether a person who wants to get rid of the RAM mirrors likes the GMC or the Ford mirror better. The thought is that the mount would replace the Ford/GMC mount and be a fully machined black anodized aluminum piece. So, all you would have to do in a nutshell is buy the Ford/GMC mirrors that the mount matches, remove the stock mounts, then install the BEM Auto mounts, and put the mirror/mount assembly on your pickup.

Does that sound like something you'd be interested in?

Looking forward to hearing back!

@CNS8888

Hopefully we can gain interest from others to get the ball rolling so we can have this option for our trucks!!

I would consider it on my '16, thing is the ram mirrors actually give me more visibility when flipped up then my '13 ford mirrors did pulled out while towing my cyclone toyhauler.

Personally I'd like better blind spot visibility when the mirrors are close to truck. Which in my opinion with the convex underneath vs being on the side, gives me better side visibility.

Maybe the solution is just to add the scope to the actual ram tow mirrors, in the same arm

only been behind a 4th gen for a minute but i thought my 07 mirrors blew new style away, i could see more and better like older style semi mirrors without the rectangle bar.

i think this is a great idea hope they look good though.
and need someone to come up with a wire harness too!

i honestly love my tow mirrors, but this intrigues me because of the uniqueness to it. I've been following this same subject in the third gen section, they got it to work, why can't we? I'm down to try and help and provide truck and material and spare parts if we get people in this area doing it

2012 MCSB DRW 3500 Laramie Longhorn, EFI Live By ANARCHY Diesel, 4" flopro turbo back with muffler, S&B air box and filter, Edge Insight CTS2, 2" HBS level, Bilstein 5100s in all 4 corners with steering stabilizer, PacBrake Airbags, Lifetime LED headlights and my EGR stuff ran away, lemme know if you find it

I believe that all would want the telescope option like the powerscope, so we could have the mirrors flipped up all the time without being so wide. Or I am off topic? Lol

I see what you're saying. I personally like the Ford/GM design better overall vs finding a way to make ours work/look like the competition
