New truck pricing?

Ok guys so the local dealer to me has lots of 2016 inventory left. They are discounting them pretty good already and if I can get the right deal I'd be all over getting a new one. What do you think would be a respectable amount to pay for a mcsb or ccsb Laramie that's brand new but almost 2 years old? They're pricing them at 53-54 right now. Anyone think I could get them to 48-49? And if so when do you think the best time to buy would be?

The dealer I am looking at will not budge on price. Said its set by Dodge. I said throw in running boards and I will buy your 50000 dollar truck and they said nope cant give anything away for free!!!
Let me know if your dealer will work on price with you.

Country is United States and region is south Florida. Not really a huge market for these trucks I guess because there seems to be a lot of 16s left. On Autotrader there was like 140 for the whole country and 30 of them are in a 25 mile radius from me. Only issue is the only colors they have are black white and red. They have pretty much everything from just a standard Laramie to fully loaded with blind spot and lane departure stuff. All 68rfe's. The one I'm looking at is a standard Laramie mcsb they are asking 51. Would like to get it for 47 maybe 48.

I didn't even know you could get blind spot or lane departure on a Laramie. I just went through the buying process on these trucks, and I looked at a lot them.

You can't, RAM doesn't offer these options, yet.

Well to be honest I didn't look at the more expensive ones so I don't know what they have that the one I'm looking doesn't. I just assumed that's what it was cause it seems like everyone has that stuff nowadays. But they do have color matched bumpers and 20's so maybe that's where the extra 3-5k is coming from. Pardon me for being a newbie. You know what assuming does haha!

$51K doesn't seem too bad to me for a Mega Laramie? Not sure what other options it has though? (5th wheel mount etc). I paid around $49K for my 2016 Bighorn Mega 7 months ago.

Not enough information.

How about the window sticker price of the vehicle in question? Maybe the full VIN of a vehicle so we can look it up? Otherwise, it's just an arbitrary stab when someone says, "that's a great deal" or "I can beat that."

You can get 18.5-20% of sticker from most dealers for a 2017. Bear in mind that 2016 you're looking at will be 2 years old in 3 months. If I couldn't get 30% or more off I'd buy new from a dealer who was willing to deal.
