Where can I find a Turbo Boost hose?

I finally made a boost leak tester and found a leak in the first hose after the turbo. It rubbed on the intake and over time developed a leak. I think this is called the turbo boost hose. Where can I find a turbo boost hose for a 2004.0 truck with the manual transmission?

Homemade Boost Leak tester

Leak found!

I trying to buy a new hose before I start taking the old hose off. The hose on the truck now is old and soft. It may tear even worse, causing down time.

that would make sense. 2.75 ID with 1/8" thick hose on each side = 3" hose.

If you get what size it is I went to a local truck and trailer shop and got a new silicone one with spring clamps. Silicone will hold up a lot better.

That's the one I need. I did not want to pay $19.xx plus $10.xx shipping and find out another hose was bad, so I went ahead and ordered the set to replace all 4 of the boost hoses. Shipping was almost the same. Their price appears to be very reasonably for the 4 hoses. There is also a 5% discount for Cummins forum members.

That looks like the hose on my 03 and I think it's smaller on the turbo end than the other end. So, 2.75 x 3 might be possible. Hope your new hose works! I had to find a true 3" hose for my PS turbo. Craig
