2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Engine Heater

I am a recent 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 owner, can't seem to find the engine heater plug. Do all diesels have engine heaters? If not, what would be the best after factory install? Dodge dealership or outside shop with an after market heater? Thanks

The heater is already in block. Look next to oil filter towards rear of block. Should have black plastic cap. Most didn't come with cord. I just bought one from Genos garage for $16.

My '06 did not have an element in it. Luckily one of the mechanics at the local stealership literally had one in his tool box that they just gave me. It was a Texas truck though. Most say they should already have them though. Just need the plug itself.

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
