Not to rain on your parade but I called my nearby trans and axle shop in Ft. Worth texas and they said they could get me a set of 3.07's for my current housing in my 93, brand new with bearings and everything but fluid for like $550, I sorry, didnt want to cheat you out of your 1000 bucks but i didnt want someone to get raked over the coals by paying double price for a used product.

He selling the axles not just the carrier's and gear's,you may be able to find a set of these a couple hundred less but not real likely.

$1000 for a set of 3.07s, ready to install and run isnt bad. Too bad I dont need them right now.

Key1989- we ALL would like to know where that shop is that can put 3.07s in a 3.54 housing- more than one source has told me it cant be done- the pinion gear is too big to fit a ring gear in there.

You can not put 3.07's in a 3.54 or 4.10 housing. The 3.07 is a one off, so sorry to rain on your parade, but your near by axle shop is run by mental midgets.
