I have a W250 (whole truck less engine) for sale if you really need one bad. It is also an intercooled 1992.

Sold off the PCM, scrapped the frame, hood, and front fenders. Still have many other parts though...

off the top of my head:
steering column
wiring harness
cruise control parts
radiator
bed
cab section with good floorpans
steering box
3.54 D70 axle
grille
doors
