Im new to diesels but is it possible to disconect the heater and see if the problem goes away? or how about disconecting the the sensor where it gets its signal to activate the heater (for trouble shooting puposes only)?I worked on gas engines most of my life so im trying to learn as fast as i can but thought id throw some ideas out.
