If you want to shoot for the stars (ie. 700+ hp) then standard turbo would be the way to go.
But in my opinion the Fleece 66 spools quicker than a standard 66 and you get to keep your EB. It is hard to really compare apples to apples between turbos unless you have identical trucks. Indianafarmboys truck ran great with the Fleece 66. But now with the new cam can spool his new non-variable 66 just as well.

The Fleece66 looks identical to the stock turbo. You or "a track tech" could not tell the difference just by looking at it.... It is a "stock appearing charger". That's the idea behind it.
