the stage 2 is definitely worth $100 if you havent looked yet there is a resonator in the down pipe that is very restrictive if ya dont get the new down pipe your not gonna get the effect your looking for. Best bet is to do the deletes all at once and look at getting a tuner for code free H&S has the great XRT and there is the SMARTY

unless you just want to do homemade sims and live with the possible CEL
