Bottom line on DPF/EGR deletes....

So I have read and read and read and I am pretty sure I have my info right but I just want to bottom line it here. Basicly if you leave the stock stuff on you are lucky if you dont end up having problems, turbo, early oil changes, etc...even more so if its your daily driver, sound about right? I have no idea what the history of the truck is, its an 07.5 I bought with 65k miles on it two months ago and so far so good. I am not so much looking for more power (but I dont mind it lol) but I am worried that if I dont do some deletes I am going to end up having expensive problems. So I unplugged my EGR last week, and was planning on doing the EGR and EGR cooler delete right away as it seemed like the cheep and easy way to start. Well now in more reading I am pretty sure I understand that you shouldnt do anything with the EGR without doing the DPF delete first, is this correct? I am coming to the conclusion that I just need to bite the bullet and order both if I really want true piece of mind! So that brings me to my last question I am looking at an H & S 4" basic delete, I see they have a stage two that comes with a new 4" down pipe for another $100, is this worth the extra money? And has anyone installed the H & S kit? Is it really plug and play no welding...just seems to good to be true! I know you guys see us newbies keep asking the same questions but I have honestly read and read and read, any answers any of you are willing to throw my way is greatly appreciated!!!!!
