I looked on Tire Rack to see what they recommend for that size tire and at least for the tire shown 9" is at the upper end of recommended.

I don't think the link worked right; but if you go to tirerack.com and input the size tire you want and pick the tire you want and click on specs it should tell you what size rim will work.
