Wouldn't it be easier to measure your truck now, and measure the tire height. Then assume that 33" is going to be a true 33", get the difference in tire heights. Say 30" stock, so 3" taller tire, but only ~1.5" would be seen from frame/up... and there ya go.
My truck can't fit into most garages, usually rubs if not fully hits the very bottom part of the door cuz it still curves downward a little. I'm running 285/75/16s... about 32" tall.
