I don't know what to tell you, other than the fact that the bolts I streached were BRAND NEW...from Cummins. They are a Torque to Yield design, they aren't designed for a retorque. That's just the way they work. I don't trust them. IF you want to try it, go ahead. I'll put studs in before I try that mess again. Burn me once shame on you, burn me twice shame on me.
I'll get you a picture of it on Tuesday when I go into work.
