AHhh - never WAS a disagreement - I still figure the TP filters like mine are superior, but for guys wanting something easier and faster to service, the Amsoil ones are fine. Main thing is, for guys planning on long-term ownership and high miles on their Cummins, a decent bypass filter is a BIG plus!
(But my FRANTZ is STILL best!)
