Turning the pump is an option. The bad part is it may shorten the life of the pump. Bigger injectors is the better option.

A lot of people think of turning the pump up as free HP. Think of it as a defered payment plan. When you pump dies from over pressure you just pay then.

The 16cm housing will be an improvement. Your truck if it still has the stock housing is a 21cm. Do they swap.

Each truck is different trying to guess on such things as boost is kind of hard. Stock boost should be around 14 to 18 PSI with a EGT running around 600 or so at cruise speed.
