Vibration dampener problems.

Anyone have an idea to keep the bolts from backing out of the dampener? Already tried the Permatex red threadlocker. Contemplating tack welding the damn thing.

Thanks, all is new and I'm well past the weekly trip to the dealer with warranty probs. 170,000mi's. The truck hasn't been to the dealer since I deleted everything at 100k.
