You'll get a CEL and a code but it's nothing to worry about. The CEL will go away after 4-5 engine starts if you plug the EGR back in. Many people have driven for years and thousands of miles with the EGR unplugged with no issues.

Yeah. had water in the fuel and ended up shutting the truck down. Drained the tank cleaned the lines and replaced fuek filter and tomorrow im gonna put new crank sensor on it and see if i can get it running. Think i might of blew some injectors or something
