Coolant leak???

So I just bought an 08 and was underneath it yesterday on the carport and noticed what looked to be a small coolant leak under the ac compressor on the passenger side of the motor. It left a spot smaller than a baseball on the concrete so I checked the radiator and it was full as well as the overflow. Where could it be coming from on that side? I looked all around the head for an external leak and it's all dry and the engine runs right under the 200 mark. Any ideas or suggestions?? Thanks guys

That's kinda what I was leaning towards but I'm not 100% sure. It's only got 67k on it...do they typically go out this soon? My old 12v had 192k on the factory wpump b4 it started dripping.

So I'm assuming that this isn't going to be as easy as my old 97 was to swap out if it is indeed the water pump? And what do u recommend putting back on it? Oem or aftermarket

OEM from Cummins. It's supposed to be easy. It's the same size as the 5.9 one but the 6.7 flows more.

Mine went at 40k...haven't figured out why the pump for the 6.7L is so much more. I would recommend getting a hold of the "cummins" dealer rather than the Dodge dealer. They are generally cheaper in the parts area.

May be a little more cramped, but the process is the same. Shouldn't be much more difficult than the old 12v, I replaced the pump on my '97 in about 20 minutes and most of that was dealing with the belt and topping off the coolant.

Take a look at your oil filter. Do you see any dried up coolant on the top of it?

I had the O-ring go out on my hardline and ocasionally I would get a few drops of coolant on the ground. I noticed that every now and again I would see a few dried up spots on top of the oil filter.

I had to loosen a few bolts, pull the two pieces apart and repalce the o-ring.

I think I have pictures of it somewhere if you want a reference.
