Not sure where you can get one outside of the dealer. Price is probably going to be steep to replace tho. I would think just replacing the turbo would be a better option.

Here's some info and problems people have had with the actuator following a dealer replacement / zeroing

Yeah, My thought was just to get a new turbo as well. But it looks like all the Hybrid VGT's have been taken out of production (cant find them online anyway). If I am going to change it, I want to step it up a little. Really hate to buy a used one, never know what you are gonna get. thanks for the links.

I had problems with my turbo . CEL with the turbo stumbling and then taking off. Star Tron is a fuel system additive that you add to your fuel tank.I bought a bottle from West Marine in Houston. No CEL no turbo stumble .

If you do change the actuator make sure the dealership calibrates it for you. I replaced mine and they failed to mention that part to me. Unfortunately for me shortly after that my turbo took a dump and had to be replaced. So make sure the nozzle ring isn't sticking and burning up the actuator motor

Yea, the two links in my post above (post #2) shed a little more light on the calibration, and what to specifically tell the dealer in case you have a knucklehead who doesn't know what they are doing, as well as what can go wrong if not done :-)
