injector differences cab chassis-pick up?

Anyone know the difference between the injectors in a cab chassis vs a pick up?

5253221 chassis number
5253220 pick up number

I need to replace 3 of mine.

The cab & chassis trucks have a lower power rating so it may be flow related. (I don't think the power change between the two engines is all programming) If you put a PX or NX after either of those numbers you could order them up as remans from your local cummins distributor.

Are the remans ok from them?

Ive been told by bosch the nozzles are different, flow.

that would agree with the different part numbers. If you can more easily or cheaper get the truck ones, replace all 6 with truck injectors and you'll get a little power bump to boot. I believe the coil side is the same.

Thanks, I got 3 new truck ones, I have a truck.

I had found NEW cab chassis ones for 100 less each and was leaning towards replacing all 6 with them to start fresh so to speak.
