Do 2008 deletes again?

As my signature says i should have a h&s exaust and runing a edge juice. I did my deletes in the spring of 2008. Also have a egr delete wich basically consisted of caping it off . Anyways i want to switch to the minimax and add a muffler, the noise is cool but want to quiet it down. Looking for suggestions, do i need to get another whole turbo back exaust or just the delete part or can i get away with just the minimax and muffler. I am sure some of this stuff should be better now so that is why i am asking. Thank you in advance.

Instead of a muffler I've read on here about people putting on an FTE resonator, trying searching that. Their main complaint was cabin drone.

Like Alberta I'm also running mini maxx and FLO pro. At first I was a little bummed that it didn't seem any louder but I'm over the loud exhaust so said oh well, would have liked it to be louder but whatever.

But the other day I was driving around town and it was a nice day and I had the windows down. Went by a large rock wall and just happened to lean on the go pedal a little and was surprised at what I heard. Basically sounds like a diesel truck should now and if you let the eb kick in its even better.

So yeah a FLO pro pipe will make a big diff everywhere except inside the truck

OP to answer your question... You can take the edge completely out and install the minimaxx in its place. You do not have to buy a full turbo back exhaust if you dont want to. Do a google search on mufflers for duesel trucks and pick one.
