Smarty delete??

Just wondering. I got a 08 6.7 dodge. I loaded the 28me on my smarty jr. Is there a place or something in the options of the junior to select EGR/DPF shut off? Or does it just do it automatically? Also is it ok to run the non tunes from mads like the 24s file without deletes done?

If it says ME, then thats the deleted software. No questions are asked. If you still have the dpf then you have to run the S or non ME versions.
