Weird noise after returning back to stock?

I have the XRT and DPF & muffler delete pipe. I just returned to stock this morning. EverythIng went smootly till the two rubber lines that plug into the thing on the tranny. I couldn't remember which one went where. I guessed and went on into work. I noticed on the way that there was a little whining noise when I accelerated. Could it be that the two lines are in the wrong place? Surely it's not the turbo whining, no problems before returning back to stock. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't think that is what you are hearing, that is a pressure differential switch I believe. I would say something in your drivetrain. You probably haven't heard it for awhile because of the truck being louder.

I didn't have tbe, still had one cat in the down pipe so my truck really wasn't loud. This noise kinda reminds me of a weed eater head spinning. Someone mentioned it could be the flange gasket. I'm gonna go get one and try that tonight I guess.
