you will have to change manifolds. The 64 is a little on the small side.If you are not planning on adding much fuel at all, it will still be better than the stock turbo, but if your gonna go ahead and change out the manny I would atleast put a 66/74 on.

So u think the super b special is to small? Only reason going with the 64 is because I can get it fresh after a rebuild for 500 what does a manifold cost?

Go with a larger turbo with a T4 manifold...you will not like how hot that 64 will run.

Its just a small turbo for a 6.7. Good size and some would consider it a big single on a 5.9, but its a whole different ball game on the 6.7.

At the smallest, you should be looking at a 66 on a t4. JMO. I think you'll get pretty much everybody telling you the same thing. There are members on here towing/dd on a s475... some with a s478. Just to give you an idea.

We arn't saying it won't work, cuz it will. But if your going to spend money on something. Wouldn't you want to get the most for your money?? That's all we are saying.

save the S475 for competition... unless that's your plan then lets talk

as i said, the 64 would be a vast improvement over stock and would safely support 550ish rwhp without having too insane of EGT's.... what size is the turbine?

a budget improvement over stock, need a stocker 3rd gen 5.9 manifold and everything else will bolt up without modification
