2008 with mini max

So I just put my mini max on and wow at the power it gives but . Will the trans hold up to it ok nit pulling on hot or anything . Just the occasional redlight to redlight haha

I got the overdrive for my 08. I recommend it Cleaner shifts definitely in 5th and 6th. And none of that crap where it shifts into 6th way too early like at 40mph. Its seems to wait to shift into 6th at 55mph

You can run the truck decent with a MM without transmission tuning. Honestly though, I would do it at your earliest availability. H&S OD Tuning really helps with puting that power down and will greatly help to save your tranny. With tranny tuning, you can push the truck harder without worry of the tranny giving out. Granted, if you are really hard on it and get a little stupid with it, you can still toast the tranny in no time. All a matter of how you drive it.
