What is turbo tuning?

I was looking on h&s website and I see some tunes with turbo tuning and non turbo tuning etc. So what is turbo tuning? Get I use tunes with turbo tuning in a stock turbo? Give me all the info you have! Thanks

"Turbo tuning" is where they use the VGT to manipulate boost. For example, on the low end the VGT could partially close up when you get into the throttle, which makes the turbo spool up faster. So basically you can get more boost, and it comes on faster.
