H&S XRT PRO which tune for best mpg?

As most of us know H&S's lawyers wont let them say a word about MPG so I thought I would ask you folks. Which tune gives the best MPG. Only those who have mant thousands of miles on different tunes reply please. I don't need to know how many MPG (because there are too many variables involved). Just which tune is best (no tune, mild, wild, hot)? Thanks.
