Help!! Trying to update Smarty JR.

I get to the very end where it says "send" then I get a "FTD2xx driver not installed" message. I have done what MADS says to do if that happens, I'm not seeing the same prompts they talk about?.?. Please help!

If its anything like the sr, sometimes it helps to uninstall everything, then reinstall. All the computer programs anyway.

Im getting the same thign on mine, Im thinking it has something to do with the new windows 7 operating system, but I dont have a PC with older OS

That's the same OS that I have. May try and borrow my brother inlaws computer. This is frustrating.

Doesn't windows 7 support running an application as visa or XP? Might want to look into that.

Re install both usb drivers and you should be good.

No luck. Deleted both drivers, reintalled and same error.
