P0607 control module performance Help!!!

Been about two days now that my truck seems to have been bucking while driving, nothing to crazy, acting like it was bad fuel. So I drained my Airdog and little bit of water came out nothing much. I figure Id let it run its course, but I got the following codes this morning!
P0607 control module performance
P0204 Injector/Circuit open Cylinder 4
P0206 Injector/Circuit open Cylinder 6
P0205 Injector/Circuit open Cylinder 5
It is getting worse and sounds horrible at idle, seem to spool quick still and get power, but jerks hard when maintaining speed. Will it hurt it if I drive it to a dealer?
I am currently in Thibodaux LA, and need to get back to Texas here in a few days. With all that said has anyone seen this before and what can I do to fix it. Do I need to bring it into a dealer?

Symptoms

The P0607 code will illuminate the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp). Other potential symptoms of a P0607 include:

vehicle may also go into "limp-home" mode where it runs under reduced power
No Start condition (cranks but does not start)
may stop running while driving
Causes

A P0607 could be caused by one or more of the following:

Loose ground terminal on PCM/ECM
Dead or defective (12V main) battery
An open or short in the power or ground circuit
Loose or corroded battery terminals
Failed PCM/ECM

First thing I would do is remove your battery connections and clean them. I had one do this to me about a year ago, ended up just needing a better connection on the batteries. It will likely end up shutting the truck off and it wont even start if it gets bad enough.

I had the lightning bolt come on one time, power was laggy and truck was jerky. I was pulling the dozer in the middle of nowhere on dirt roads. Stopped the truck and tried to restart. Crank and no fire. Manually cleared codes with the BM, bolt went away and truck started. Never happened again. Hope you find the problem. Pretty sure my code was P0607 along with another PCM related code.

are you or have you ever ran an edge, make sure you injector connections are tight, mine have come loose from several hard runs.

Well, I did take it into a dealership to take a look and they were very helpful. Was surprised at how understanding they were, since I had zero Idea what was wrong and no tools with me! Truck was ready in a hour, simple simple fix! As Warlock06 had mentioned, my Injector connections on 4-5-6 were loose. They didn't even have to re-flash my ECM, and I was back on my way and my Cummins back on step! Thanks for your help fellas, and I hope this may help some others with trouble shooting if they have the same problem or codes!
