XRT "Stock hp w/ stock exhaust" setting

Does any one Know in what instance you would use this setting?
Does this mean you can leave the dpf in place?
I'm not trying to be a wise guy, I just don't know what this setting is for especially when the first thing you read is DO NOT USE WITH STOCK EXHAUST.
Just askin'

You cant run the xrt with the dpf in place. The xrt turns off the extra injection cycle for the regen.

That sequence sets the truck back to stock including all the regeneration, EGR etc. It is used to unVINlock the XRT from the truck so it can be used on another vehicle. I think youi can set tire sizes etc from there.
