depending on your flash level even the code clearing of your edge won't get rid of all codes. When you did the EGR and cooler deletes what did/didn't you unplug?

try unplugging the wiring harness on the underside of the intake tube. My XRT stated that plug needed to be unplugged. Not sure if that is just and XRT thing or not though.

plug the one back in on the passenger side of the truck and zip tie it out of the way or bolt it back to the bracket. That'll clear a majority of them.

without a programmer the throttle valve needs to remain plugged in so I wouldn't touch that one.... just remove the throttle blade if the truck tries to stall out after it is started.

My bad Kurt, I though the Edge Race may require this to be unplugged. I don't know though

For a conventional EGR/DPF delete only the EGR is unplugged. Like Kurt noted the Cooler valve controller get's tied up out of the way. The BV stays plugged in. If you do code clearing, then you may have to remove the BV plate or the gear as there will be stumbling issues in cool temps when the truck tries to use the EGR/BV to assist in warm up.

You have an edge race "chip" or "tuner" it doesn't program anything unfortunately. Only programmers that get flashed in through the OBD-II port can unplug the throttle valve and the other goodies.

My edge would always throw the P0107 code, I could clear it but it would come back whenever I hit 4th gear. I was getting ready to buy a new sensor when I came across a deal on a smarty. I loaded up the smarty and the code disappeared and hasn't been back since. I have heard from other people that edge is known for throwing the p0107 code and can't clear it.
