Just installed the new S&B CAI. I now want to put a better muffler on and open it up some but don't want it to be much louder or do any deletes. I just want a little more when pulling trailer as far as mpg and power, nothing big. Advice please!

Are you planning on keeping all of your emissions equipment? (DPF, EGR, Ect.)
If so then any exhaust mods (DPF back) are a waste of money.
Then the good news is, you are almost done with mods
You can run a couple of different tuners for a little more power, like a superchips, or I think the smarty has setting for stock trucks. But keep in mind that running tuners with the emissions equipment installed can cause problems, as your filters may clog up more often.
I ran a superchips flashpaq, for a couple of months, and it worked pretty well, and I did not have any issues with clogging. It is also very reasonably priced.
But as for exhaust, the stock set up is fine. A DPF back system is a waste of money.
Power and MPG with the DPF is nearly impossible. Unplugging the EGR helps somewhat, since it lessens the frequency of regenerations. No DPF-back exhaust on the market improves sound or performance. It's a tough spot.
