Say I am running SW#7 with all defaults, and I want to adjust revo timing to 3. I connect up and adjust options and change the timing. I am guessing the changed revo settings don't load until you reload the Catcher program as the Smarty doesn't give you an option to disconnect after changing the Revo's. So I have been redownloading SW#7 (in this case). Or is there a way to change the revo's without having to reload the Catcher? if there is it would sure save some time!
POD does not require the download it is switch on the fly.
The regular REVO settings you must download the switch to make the revo setting active on the trucks ecm

I dont think I had to reload the SW to change my REVO settings after I go through them it tells me to turn the key and stuff and that it is updating the ECM but I have never had to reload SW to just change the REVO i dont think I will try it today here in about an hour and see though

When you change your REVO settings, basically what you are doing is saving the changes to the SMARTY itself. In order for those new settings to take effect you have to download it to the ECM (Truck). So, every time you make a REVO change you have to take 5 mins and reload whatever catcher SW you want for those changes to take effect. OR soon you will have POD...

Yup. That's the way it works.
Even with PODS, revo settings have to be loaded up to the ECM. 5 minutes.
