Flo Pro DPF delete and codes

Have had my DPF delete now for anout 6 weeks - 11K miles and have been getting the standard codes - P2453, P242B P0847 etc.

Lately I have been getting P2000 - is this delete related or a "real" problem??? Any help I would appreciate!!

I have the SS636 by FloPro with the new Electronics.
see attached. ZERO CODES Period. I have been running the beta for 85,000 Km
With the codes you are experiencing I would go back to your supplier and ask for the new Electronics.

Without the NEW electronics from FloPro then you WILL continue to get all the codes AND you WILL go into REGEN.

Here is a couple of companies that I have found that will supply the above.

dodge67dpfdeletesimulator

Dirty Diesel Customs

I'm in the process of purchasing the same electronics from a local repair shop in Saskatchewan, Canada (the cheepest Canadian price at $600).

I bought a 07.5 with 27,333 miles in September. It has the Edge racing w/Attitude and 5" exhaust. I have since put on about 7800 miles just hitting 35,000. Just now the usual DPF codes have come on, P2453, P244A and P242B. The previous owner removed the DPF, the Edge won't clear them and neither can the dealer. So why is this happening now and how can I clear the codes for good?

Do you have sims in place of the dpf sensors ? If not, sounds like that's the problem. Is the edge setup to clear codes on startup ? Doesn't the edge race have a setting to disable the emissions system ? I thought it did but could be wrong

I'm not sure about the sims I will check in the morning. The edge is capable of clearing codes on start up but the edge can't clear these codes on start up. I'm not sure on the edge clearing the emissions system. Thanks this is my first diesel so I'm still learning. Truck runs great though and i'm having a blast with it.
