It's not a 6.7 but here's mine... I already had a hole from a nitrous switch I used to have there. Works great and it's out of reach from anyone else...
I used the little upfitter switch knockout on the left side of the steering column. That way if I decide to change things down the road, I do not have holes in my dash, all I need to do is buy a new knockout for a couple bucks and there won't be any trace of a hole.
Now, if an when I add a FPE boost controller, I'll have to figure out where the second knob will go. its tough to find all these knobs a home!
