Heated seat and steering wheel problems

Just got a 2010 mega, laramie, has 48k on it so im sure the dealer will want to rape me if i take it there, but my problem is, if you hit the button for heated seat, the drivers side, the lights come on, then they go back off about 2 seconds later. At first, it was only the driver side doing this, the pass. seat and steering wheel would work fine. Today i noticed the pass. seat and the steering wheel does the same thing. comes on for a second, then shuts back off. and i know for sure the pass. side and the steering wheel worked just last night. any suggestions or tips on where to start?

That's what it does when I have mine remote started but the key isn't in the on position.

Maybe a fuse or relay?

Warranty? I wouldn't think it should cost you penny.

i bought the truck in utah and i live in kansas and our dodge dealership, i wouldnt have check my oil..lol. I was hoping maybe it was common and someone knew a quick fix. ill more than likely have to drive an hour or so to a decent dealership. how sad is that haha.

thats prolly the best news ive gotten this week. I hope that is all it is.

I should have given an update sooner. Now the pass. heated seat works like normal and the steeering wheel works fine too, but the driver still does the same thing, lights come on for just a second, then you can hear it click under the seat and the lights go back off.
