did that help with any rattle of the window when its partially open? or could you see where the slop that causes that is.

There's a mastic that is used in that application. JB weld will hold it forever but if the window needs to be replaced at some point the tech is going to sh.. when he sees it. The mastic holds tight and allows the window to be pried off if it needs to be replaced. The mastic is also the stuff they use to secure mirrors to walls. Good post, I would just use the mastic in place of the JB. Hard to believe it is just jammed in there without any glue of some sort. Dodge would be out of business if not for the Cummins.

there was not rattle after it being partially down, mine used to do that before it came completely out when it froze

those clips idk if you can see it in the video unbolt from that track, they are factory glued to the window in the first place and not meant to come off glass, so it shouldn't be an issue , just unbolt from track and remove glass
