This is what the Daystars 2"ers did for my 2000. The reason I chose the poly Daystars is because the truck rides rough enough, then adding 2" it would only get worse. But I added new shocks as well and I am pleasantly surprised that it rides better than it did. Plus the Metal ones have some noise transfer as well. The daystars were easy to install too, took me 2.5 hrs.
Unfortunatly the only pics i have of my truck with just a 2in leveling spacer on it is when i am hooked to a trailer, it sits even with no load. tires were 33s on a 17in rim

I just did mine about 3 weeks ago as well. I think you will be happy with the results. Just make sure you do an alignment when completed. I will try to post some pics. If unsuccessful, look at my signature.
