Bullydog pmt and dpf removal

Hello everyone...New to this site...! Anywho, just installed the new bullydog PMT with a beta release software for it. Massive power increase...I decided to go ahead and chop of both the dpfs...not a bad sound at all.!!! I get the message catalyst full. stat 100% Go figure..! I had the latest flashs done at dodge today for the g30 recall and all the canadian software loaded onto the pcm. This now helped quite a bit. i have no regen, check engine light still there, getting 19.6 mpg hammering it under performance mode. not to shabby. Was wondering if anyone has come up with something yet for the dpf delete issue...Thanks, bill.

There are DPF delete kits out there. Code free ones released the end of this month. You will need to get a fooler box on there or you truck will go into limp mode. May not notice a whole lot due to the chip. Search for H&S or BADP. They are currently the 2 companies marketing DPF Deletes.

Dr. P. is releasing a code free delete kit? Is that right? You would be surprised with some of the people that they have been in contact with. I doubt its there true kit.

Do it anyway. Soot was 1/8th inch on mine after 12k miles and only a couple romps on extreme tune. Drivability with PMT went up, in Performance tune mine would miss a little at 1500 rpm. Overall the engine is smoother and more responsive.

Smoke went way down as advertised. Only smokes a slightly on performance.

Thanks for the write up Compucowboy!

Now to update to non-DPF Beta PMT and tap the pyro.

I think you will not notice it after the EGR delete. It is a product of the EGR opening as you accelerate, I believe.
