Well after spending most of the night in the shop with the truck having electrical problems (ABS and Air Bag lights on, No power windows, no pyro power, no speedo...) I went out this morning and looked at all the fuses again. The square ones in the box under the hood are very hard to tell if they are good or bad. Turns out my Ign/run fuse was bad, but when I tested it, I watched it make contact again through the top window...
